We are looking for a Product Owner to help ensure our software platform consisting of multiple web and mobile app products meets the needs of the market and the user. This role will require partnering and collaborating closely with multiple teams to collect customer-driven feedback, prioritize the product roadmap, and define software development scope.

• Maintain backlog, current and future sprint boards.
• Ensure resource capacity is properly being tracked, allocated and managed.
• Handle communication between the Product and Customer Success teams.
• Ensure product work is delivered on time and meets quality standards.

.As member of our Product team, you’ll be instrumental in developing new customer-centric solutions as well as work on enhancing our existing applications. This role calls for a creative problem-solver who can contribute to our mission of delivering top-notch solutions to our customers worldwide.

• Develop and ship features for our multi-platform applications (iPhone, Android, and Web) utilized by employers around the globe.
• Optimize our micro-services architecture, boosting the efficiency and scalability of our application platform.
