How do I Publish to a Team?

Want to deliver content to specific groups of people within your employee population? Publish to Teams from Studio.

  1. Begin at the Studio Post Manager.

      • Click [Review] on the bottom of the Post.
      • Select [Add Contacts] on the left side of the screen. This brings up a pop-up menu that says "Publish to Devices."
      • At the top right of that pop-up menu, select the dropdown menu Your Company Name - Members, Sources or Teams.
      • Then click "Your Company Name Teams."
      • Select which Team you want to Publish the content to by clicking on the name.  Note: Clicking the name again, deselects it.
      • After you select your Team, click [Close].
      • Lastly, you will select the purple [Publish] button at the bottom right corner of the screen to Publish your Post.

    Tip: Team names are displayed alphabetically and the "Find Contact" can be used to search for a Team name.
